Ferromate -B:

FERROMATE-B is a hydrogen controlled iron powder type electrode for high welding efficiency in heavy structural fabrication in mild steel. Characterised by stable arc, smooth flow & easy deslagging with beads of regular profile & good appearance. The electrode has a deposition efficiency of 150% approx. Gives radiography quality welds.

Notes on usage:

Ensure that electrodes are dry. It is a safe practice to redry electrodes for one hour at 300°C & then to keep them in a holding oven maintained at 80°C-100°C prior to use.
Employ welding currents within the range recommended. Clean the weld area of any surface contamination
